Students and Young Adults

These years can be incredibly tough. There’s often the pressure that university or early adulthood should be “the best years of your life” — yet for many, they can feel lonely, confusing, and overwhelming.
If you're struggling, please know you're not alone. Whether you're at university, starting your first job, or navigating big life changes, this is a huge transitional phase. It's completely normal to feel homesick, anxious, socially awkward, or unsure of yourself.
For some, there’s also something deeper—perhaps something recent, or something from the past—that needs space to be understood and worked through.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to deal with it on your own.
I’ve worked with many students and young adults over the years, with a wide range of challenges. Nothing you say will shock me. You’ll be met with warmth and understanding—and you may even find that therapy is something you enjoy.
- A space to explore what’s happening, at your own pace
- Tools to manage anxiety, low mood, and confidence
- Practical support (including help contacting your university, if needed)
- Optional ‘homework’ between sessions to support progress
If this sounds like something you’d find helpful, feel free to get in touch.
You deserve support that meets you where you are.
