Counselling is a talking therapy that offers a safe space to explore what’s troubling you. It’s an umbrella term covering many different approaches — all designed to help you understand yourself better, make sense of your experiences, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a more structured and goal-oriented form of talking therapy. It focuses on how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours interact — and teaches you practical tools and techniques to help you manage things differently.
I bring together the best of both counselling and CBT to offer a flexible, personalised approach that gives you the best chance of meaningful, lasting change. Every client is different — so your therapy will be, too.
I’m an experienced integrative therapist with a special interest in anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma — particularly sexual trauma. I’ve been in private practice since 2017, and I work with adults both in-person in Sheffield city centre and online across the UK.
I’ve undertaken extensive further training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy — a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps people heal emotional wounds carried since childhood or trauma. It’s deeply transformative work that I love sharing with clients. (You can read more about IFS in my reviews or look it up online.)
Before setting up my private practice, I worked with:
Clients say they feel understood, supported, and comfortable in sessions with me. I aim to bring empathy, acceptance, and zero judgment — while also gently encouraging change at a pace that feels right for you.

£65 per session.
